The Pools & Equipment window is your command center for monitoring the activity and status of ASCs in equipment pools. Provided XPS is connected to the automatic crane control system (ACCS), XPS receives regular ASC Status reports from the ACCS. Based on these reports, XPS updates the information in the Pools & Equipment window. For ASCs, you want to focus on the attributes described in the following table.

The unique ID for the specific work order. This information is useful for debugging. |

Detailed information on the work currently going on, such as crane driving, lowering to pick, or lifting after pick. |

Technical Status |
The availability of the crane, where Green means available and Red means unavailable |

Work Status |
Detailed information on the status of the transport order, such as that the order has been sent, the order reply has been received, or the job is being executed If this attribute states that the order should be sent, this indicates a problem you should look into. View the respective log files or contact your Navis support person. |
To monitor an ASC:
In XPS, from the Control menu, select Pools & Equipment.
In the Pools & Equipment window, display the pools, cranes, and attributes that you want to focus on.
